What is billed as the "Inventors of the Hamburger and Ice Cream Cone" turned out to be located right across the street from our hotel. This place was recommended by our client as a must try; not necessary the best but very unique. The atmosphere is a little mix of a family and bar type. I just had to try the famous Festival Burger (named for one of the winners of the National Hamburger Festival). This thing was a nice juicy piece of meat with jalapenos, jalapeno jack cheese and bacon (always a good thing). I will not say this is the best burger I have ever had, not even the best in the past week (Five Guys was much better), but it was a good burger. Not exactly one of those places you go back to a lot but good to try.
