Canada - Local Cambridge chief Steven Allen has done well from his catering business to this quirky burger joint.  Tucked in a residential area in an old burger/shake joint, he has a nice little elegant burger business going.  Unique experience where you fill out a limited checklist of your order.  The meat is actually ground right down the street by a local butcher.
I ordered a 5oz burger on their special egg bun topped with grilled pineapple, smoked bacon, gouda cheese and fried onions covered in hickory BBQ sauce.  This is one unique burger with great taste and very juicy.  It was surrounded by their little frites (or fries) that had a great taste.  I washed it down with a fountain Stewart’s Black Cherry pop (yes, I am trying to use the local verbiage).
This was one of the better burgers (not the best) I have had and definitely the better meal I have had here in Cambridge (1 hr west of Toronto).
