After 6 hours at the Biltmore, we drove over to the Antler Hill Village, on the Biltmore grounds, and split  a late lunch.  We started with some pretzel rolls and Lusty Monk butter mustard; wow, these were good.  Big pretzel balls with hard, crusty, pretzel exterior and soft interior; the butter mustard was really good on these.  Our meal was a split barbecue chicken sandwich; bbq chicken with chipotle ketchup, bacon and cheese fondue on Texas toast.  Either we were very hungry or this was a very good open sandwich.  We changed the side to get home-made chips; these were waffle chips fried just right.  Very nice, quick meal.
